Every five years the public schools in Iowa are required to review and update their Special Education District Delivery Plans. A special review committee met on September 10th, 2024 made up Special Education Teachers, PLAEA, General Education Teachers and parent representatives from each building level to evaluate the current plan and to make updated recommendations. After this meeting the plan needs to be made available to the general public for 30 days of public comment. This posting dated 9/15/2024 begins the public comment period.

A final version of this plan will be made available for approval at the Regular SCC Board of Education Meeting on Monday, October 21, 2024 @ 6 p.m. in the MS Media Center in Rockwell City. This will also include a list of public comments or recommended changes to the plan.
