Notes on changes to the Math Curriculum approved 1/18/2016: SCC’s current Algebra concepts will be incorporated into the Algebra A and Algebra B curriculum. The high school will no longer teach a course called Algebra. Instead, freshmen may enroll in General Math I, General Math II, Algebra A, Algebra I, or Geometry. Sophomores who take Algebra A will enroll in Algebra B to be prepared to take Algebra I and higher during their Junior and Senior years.
